Who Can Join?

Any school can sign up, but the sign-up form must be completed by a school official, i.e. a teacher, administrator, webmaster, etc. School volunteers who are explicitly authorized by their school may also sign up. 

We presume that the individual submitting the sign-up form will initially serve as the school "site manager." This position requires no special skill, however the site manager will be in charge of adding/deleting teacher pages after the initial set-up is complete. Top of Page.

Can a Single Teacher Sign Up?

Yes. A single teacher can sign up by signing up his or her school. If your school already uses Homework Hero, please do NOT sign up --- contact your site manager to get a page.

Can a District Sign Up for All of Its Schools?

Yes, however districts signing up for multiple schools must select either the Non-Commercial Service or the Deluxe Plan.  See information on the Deluxe Plan or Non-Commercial Option under Products and Services. 

What Happens After I Sign Up?

When we receive your sign-up form we first verify your school affiliation by phone. We then set up a Homework Hero "Home Page" for your school. We will do our best to have your page ready within 48 hours of sign-up and will notify you by e-mail.

After your affiliation is verified and the page is ready, we can either send you a bill or direct your to a web page where you can make a credit card payment.  Top of Page.

What to we want from you?

We urge your to promote use of our site by notifying teachers, students, and parents and by displaying a link from your school web page. Also, Site managers will be automatically subscribed to our News and Reminders e-mail list, but anyone may easily unsubscribe later.  Top of Page.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to protect data you post on Homework Hero. However, we cannot assume responsibility for lost data. Users are responsible for creating backups for any valuable data posted. We require that all material posted be suitable for viewing by anyone. However, we do not assume responsibility for materials posted by users that violate this requirement. Please notify us if you see such postings.
