A Peek at the Week:
 
Welcome to Kehoe-France Children Center! We have enjoyed our first week in CC1 with your children. We had few tears and sad faces at first, but not for long. Everyone adjusted well to our classroom routine. Our main goal this week was to help the children feel secure in their new environment and with their new teachers. We are really looking forward to spending time with your children this school year!

Each day is filled with many opportunities for your child to participate in a variety of activities. Proper socialization is a major and important aspect of our center time. We try to take each available moment and make it a learning experience, including using our manners at the lunch table and always being a good friend.

 

A Look Ahead:
 
The theme for the month of September will be “All About Me” and we will focus on the color yellow.
 
Reminders:
 

·Please check your child’s Kehoe-France bag everyday for important forms that need to be filled out and sent back and send the child’s folder back everyday!

·Please send a sippy cup with your child everyday! We will use the sippy cup throughout the day for snack and lunch and then send it home to be cleaned.

·Please LABEL all belongings that come to school even sippy cups.

·Please fill out all necessary forms and send back a.s.a.p.

·Please check the snack calendar for when it is your child’s turn to bring snack for the class.

·Kehoe-France will be closed in observance of Labor Day on Monday, September 6th.
