TISSUES TISSUES TISSUES, we can't seem to keep them in stock - ANTIBACTERIAL WIPES - PREVIOUS READ YOUNG ADULT NOVELS Would you like to volunteer at school or be a chaperon? If so, apply ahead of time as volunteers and chaperons need to be pre-approved by central office. This is to ensure your child's safety.

Needed by Tuesday 8/31  Students will need a composition notebook to begin ELA work.

If your student is unable to acquire one by Tuesday, I have some on hand to loan in the mean time. You can purchase the notebook for $1 - or you can send in a replacement if you happen to find a better deal.  
Due Thursday 9/2   Students should turn in their reading logs.

Students were asked to track their current reading habits and respond to some guiding questions about their reading.

The reading log this week is salmon colored.  

Introduction on Monday 8/30   The 6th Grade Genre Exploration Project will be introduced on Monday 8/30. Students and parents will need to read over the project guidelines, then sign and return the bottom portion of the letter as soon as possible.
