When you are ready to take an AR test, you MUST have a signed AR slip. Your slip must be signed on both sides. You may get a slip from the media center web site. No hand written notes will be accepted.

A 1 1/2 in. 3-ring binder, Dividers, Filler Paper
A 1 Gallon size plastic bag
A Blue Pen, A Black Pen, A highlighter, A white board marker
A pkg. of 3x3 lined post it notes, A pkg. of 4x6 lined post it notes, & a
pkg. of 2x1/2 in post it notes.
