Missing Work and Absences & Current Events
Be sure to complete assignments as they are given. There is a two-week make-up period for missing or late assignments. If a student misses class (due to absence, band lesson, other reason), it is the responsibility of the student to check with the teacher for missing work. Assignments are given EVERY DAY. Assume you have missed something if you have missed class. Be sure to check the "ABSENT CHECK HERE" box on the chalkboard upon returning to school. If you are able to access the internet from home, check your epals account for daily class assignments. In many cases you may be able to complete some or all of the assignment.

Other News
8th grade Slide Show Pictures   I have started working on the slideshow and have put several pieces of it together. If you have not sent photos in of your 8th grader, please get them in by April 16th. I need time to scan the photos and create the DVD. Send in 6-8 pictures of your 8th grade student over the years.

Put digital pictures on a disk or email them to me at the above address (three or four at a time). I can scan images as well. Larger printed pictures scan better than smaller prints. I need pictures by April vacation at the latest in order to get all photos scanned and included.

Thanks for your help!
